Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because every item in our store is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece and we ship quickly, please review our cancellation terms below.

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before shipment. Contact us as soon as possible at info@tokyoheritageluxe.com with your order number. Orders normally ship within 1–5 business days, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

After Shipment

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are still fully protected by our 30-Day Return Policy — you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
