Shipping policy

1. Countries / Regions We Ship To

United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

2. Handling Time

Orders are shipped from Japan within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation (usually faster). Handling times may be extended during Japanese national holidays.

3. Shipping Methods

DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post — always with tracking and full insurance.

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to destination customs or local conditions.
  • To combine items in one shipment, please place them in the same shopping cart at checkout.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Economy Shipping: USD $15
  • Standard Shipping: USD $30

5. Duties and Taxes

United States: all import duties and taxes are collected at checkout (DDP) — there are no additional charges on delivery.

Other countries: import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by the destination country at the time of clearance and are the customer’s responsibility (DDU).

6. Returned Shipments

Shipments may be returned to us due to customs issues, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address. In such cases:

  1. We will notify you that the package has been returned.
  2. Reshipment: original shipping plus reshipping fees are payable by the customer.
  3. Refund: if you opt for a refund, original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
  4. Any carrier fees incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility.
